The Healthy Wave mat utilizes red light therapy, far-infrared heat, and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy to stimulate the body's natural restorative processes for faster healing. While the mat is generally safe, it is advised to avoid use during pregnancy and if you have a pacemaker. Additionally, the Healthy Wave mat incorporates natural crystals and negative ions to enhance its therapeutic effects. Book it alone or add a 30-minute session to any massage, except for pregnancy massages.

This convenient service requires no oils or disrobing, allowing employees to de-stress and find their inner peace before returning to work refreshed.
